CNC Lathes (CNC Equipment Series) Product Introduction

This series includes inclined-bed CNC lathes, turning-milling combination lathes, vertical CNC lathes, 5-axis vertical lathes, dual-spindle models, powered tool turrets, tool holders, dual-turret models, vertical models, 5-axis models, and many other variants. The monolithic cast, high-rigidity bed offers excellent vibration resistance and minimal deformation. The 30° slant bed design facilitates loading, unloading, and chip removal; it is equipped with a servo-driven turret for fast tool changes. Some models are equipped with a Y-axis, tailstock, dual spindles, and an auxiliary carriage, enabling composite machining operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping; optional auxiliary equipment includes automatic feeders, chip removal systems, and fume extractors; supports a variety of CNC system options and provides one-stop international trade services including model selection, customs clearance, installation and commissioning, training, and after-sales support.

Supported Machining Dimensions
Horizontal Slant-Bed Series
1. Maximum swivel diameter: 400 to 740 mm for disc-type parts.
2. Machining diameter: Traditional disc machining ranges from Φ 350 to 600 mm.
3. Maximum machining length: 120 mm for short-bed models, 500 to 550 mm for traditional models, and 1,200 to 2,000 mm for long-bed models.
4. Bar Stock Machining Range: Bar diameters from Φ 35 to 75 mm.
5. Travel: X-axis 200 to 600 mm; Z-axis 250 to 2000 mm. For models equipped with a Y-axis, the Y-axis travel is ±45 to ±50 mm.
Vertical 5-Axis Models
The CVFine 70L vertical lathe can machine large-diameter discs with a maximum cutting height of 450 to 900 mm.
VMX600 5-axis lathe: Capable of 5-axis simultaneous machining of complex polyhedral parts.
